In comparing quotes always remember location! Valentine is the closest Guesthouse to the Castle in the very heart of Edinburgh. The finest of full Scottish breakfasts is included every morning of your stay, entirely cooked to order, this is by no means standard in all guesthouses!!

Group Bookings

Small Group rates, our prices for three to five people sharing a room are often much cheaper than any other accommodation in less central locations.

	Special rates for hen nights, we can accommodate up to 27 people over our 11 rooms (all in one building) at a low rate per head, minimum of two nights (enquire for one night November to March). Complimentary Champagne and Shortbread on arrival!! For a full listing of our available rooms, please email us for details and photos. We only take bookings for full blocks - enquire for more details - this ensures both your group and other guests are happy with the arrangements!! But you do need to book many months in advance to get full availability.

A view of our spacious group room, this can comfortably accommodate up to six people in single beds, or we can even add a guest bed and squueze seven in! The room has a private modern shower-room (key access) immediately adjacent to it. Digital TV and plentiful tea and coffee supplies!
